Orders placed before 14:00 ship the same working day from Dubai. Delivery across the UAE takes 1–2 working days; remote areas may take one extra day.

Yes — UAE delivery is free on orders above the free-shipping threshold shown in your bag. Below that, a flat delivery fee is added at checkout.

Once your order ships you receive an email with a live tracking link. You can also follow it under Orders in your RΞBΛY account.

You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange any unworn piece with tags attached. Message us on WhatsApp or email Care@rebay.ae with your order number and we will arrange the collection.

Yes. Size and colour exchanges within the UAE are free; we collect the original and deliver the replacement in one visit where possible.

Refunds return to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after the piece reaches us. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or store credit.

Most pieces are cut relaxed and true to size. Each product page shows the fit and a size guide with garment measurements in cm and inches.

Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colours. Do not tumble dry; reshape and dry flat. Cool iron on the reverse — never over the mark.

Core pieces are restocked in small runs. Use Notify me on the product page and we will email you the moment your size is back.

Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and cash on delivery across the UAE. All card payments are processed securely at checkout.

Yes, on all UAE orders. A small cash-handling fee is shown before you confirm.
